Documentation of Training Hours

ETP is performance-based, providing funds for eligible employees who successfully complete training and are retained for a specified period of time. Proper record keeping is a crucial part of ETP compliance:

  • All class/lab training hours provided to trainees must be documented and meet ETP criteria to qualify for funding
  • All computer-based training records must be maintained by job number and be in accordance with Title 22, California Code of Regulations, Section 4442 (c).
